One of Chinese Energetic Medicine’s concepts is that unexpressed emotions create stagnant energy in the organ system, which can lead to a spectrum of not feeling at ease and dis-ease. The Immortal Form is a series of Medical QiGong movements and sounds dedicated to discover, move and transform these stuck energies and emotions serving your wellBeing in any state along the not at ease - disease spectrum.

Tanja London is a Medical QiGong practitioner since 2021. She teaches Fascial Mobility and Fascial Pilates, is a Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and a interdisciplinary performing artist.

She loves to facilitate somatic and self-/healing experiences to nourish a deep embodied connection and the ownership of one’s own holistic alignment. She teaches in congruence with esoteric Daoist mysticism and ancient Chinese Shamanism that the physical body is an energetic hologram through which the body, mind and spirit aspects of the tissue can be observed and influenced. By stimulating one of these aspects you will shift the whole network.

Her ‘Triangulation Practices’, emphasizing the personal growth on a body, mind and spirit level, are an eclectic conglomerate of:

  • Chinese Energetic Medicine

  • Fascial Mobility

  • Experimental Anatomy

  • Feldenkrais

  • Body Mind Centering,

  • Meditation

  • evolutionary and developmental movement patterns

  • experiential fascial movement connections

Originally from Germany, she moved to Boulder 2023 via NH, UT and Oakland/CA where she has been working for Blue Sparrow Pilates, a STOTT Pilates Teacher Education Center. Tanja got her original Medical QiGong training through David Beaudry’s Noble Movement Academy and currently studies at The Center Place in Boulder. She also has a background in Post-/Modern Dance and Visual Art. She holds a MFA in Modern Dance and Dance Film from University of Utah (2013), a BFA from London Contemporary Dance School/University of Canterbury/UK (2001) and a BA in Social Work (Vocational College of Social Work, Stuttgart/Germany).
