Explore your structural integrity ... Breath, bouncing, swinging, rocking, shaking, tremoring and expanding. How can we find ways to address excess tension and emphasize a habit of organic suspension and flow? Come play with creating buoyancy, inner space and befriend gravitational forces to move with ease and vitality.

With our breath and energetic imagination we’ll cultivate slide and glide mobility. We’ll utilize Gertie balls to explore the role of tissue hydration. We’ll play with large body fabric loops to discover somatic expansion. Next to conscious shaking, bouncing and rocking we also experience tremoring as tool to reduce emotional -/holding patterns that have an impact on the ease of our overall fascial network.
Over time fascial mobility restores healthy muscle firing patterns and facilitates cell health, joint ease and increased range of motion. It prevents or addresses pain/discomfort patterns, i.e lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, shoulder/neck pain, migraines, nerve impingements, osteoarthritis, scoliosis etc .
Fascial Mobility also creates more inner space, flow for Qi and general vitality and is the perfect prep for energy work.
